The Mooses' repertoire is drawn from a number of diverse sources. The main influences are, of course, the tradition of Canadian folk song - usually performed in French with bad accents - and the works of Mississippi bluesman Blind Lemon Pie.
Also heavily featured are selections from the pens of the world-renowned Tamla-Moosetown songwriting team of Holland, Dozier, Beaky, Mick and Titch.
The Moose are not afraid, however, to cast their nets wide when choosing material [or, indeed, when fishing in The Great Lakes].
Abracadabra . . . plus many, many more Requests welcome. Please write them on £20 notes and pass them to the stage. ![]() WARNING: Whilst they have the greatest respect for the following artistes, The Moose regret that they do not do any songs by Abba or Michael Jackson. Neither do they perform Sultans of Swing, Smoke on The Water or Stairway to Heaven
