The Moose Medley
Archive recordings:
Remarkable footage of 60's psychedelic supergroup, Moose on the Loose - filmed live at The Filmore East, New York in 1969. It appears to be a series of still photos, but in fact the band were in a deep transcendental trance during the performance. Hippy cult leader, Charles Monsoon, of Lower Sundon Road, Bedfordshire, claimed that this version of the Peter Green classic contained hidden voices telling him to steal the half an ounce of Golden Virginia and a packet of Rizla papers from a corner shop in Toddington. The court subsequently dismissed this ludicrous claim, fined him 5 shillings and told him not to be so silly. |
